thats just it, i dont know how to get on a server

please help me to get on to our minecraft server...i need to be guided like a pre schooler because i have never gone on to a live minecraft server before

ok so guess what!!...cavuste had the granok trailer drop...tis on my plot...guess what else.....there is a ferris wheel in the game...i will need to have this...apparently it can be bought with rep for somewhere...i just hear wah wah wah wah wahwahwah.....once i hit fiddy i will find it
