Should Unrepentant be a libertarian commons?

I have been thinking about this question for a while, because since we come together through the internet, which has many of the characteristics of a libertarian commons, that kind of thinking tends to spill over into the U. In a libertarian commons anyone has a right to use and or contribute to a public resource. Users lack the power to exclude or restrain each other.
