What follows is how forums, groups and permissions should work on this site. So if you feel something isnt working right, feel free to use this post as a guideline and let us know whats wrong so we can fix it for you.
New User: White in color, this group is the default group for all newly registered members. Membership in this group unlocks access to post in the visitors wing
Unrepentant: Red in color, this group should have full access to everything but the leadership boards. This includes the visitors wing, the Towne Center, the Gaming wing, Research and Development. You should be able to post and create polls in this group.
Specific Game Leadership: This group has several colors depending on the game. You should have access to the Officers section and the Leadership board of your game if one is available. You should also have moderation permissions in the Application section and your own game's subforum. This will include the ability to edit and delete* posts, sticky or unsticky topics, and move threads as needed.
Community Officer: Green in color, Community officers have moderation permissions in the Visitor's Wing, as well as in every forum of the boards. (Including branch leadership subforums.) Community officers have user status moderation permissions.
Community Leader: Purple in color, has access to everything.
*Leadership at every level will preserve member posts as originally written, except to correct factual information in a community FAQ (as in this post). Leadership will not exercise its ability to delete or edit a member post, although posts and threads may be moved. members can edit their own posts.
