Which game(s) are you joining us in? DDO

Are you over 18? (you must be 18+ to apply) Nearly twice that, 36 this year and surprised I made it this far

Are you a member of any other guild in that game? No

What is the name of the character(s) you intend to join with? Mordiz, the sexy warpriest of Sarlona

Do you have friends or family in the guild? If so what is their forum name? No, my friends and family have disowned me due to being a geek.

Did you read our charter and rules? Which rules translation was your favorite? 'You don’t have to be a good player to be Unrepentant' which is just aswell because I suck :2thumbsup:

Do you have an issue using Ventrilo? (Being able to at least listen is critical for active participation in PvP/raids) No

Answer the following 4 questions. PROTIP: if your answer is shorter than the question, we will make fun of you for being boring.
1. Tell us the story of the dumbest, funniest or most embarrassing thing you've ever done: I started dating a girl a few years back and wanted to make a good impression to her mum who was out at the time. My new GF was making a coffee and I leant against the kitchen work surface trying to look cool, i slipped and as I floundered to grasp something to stop my fall I tipped a wash basin of dirty dishwater over myself. Yes, that was embarrassing enough but it didn't end there. I took off my soaking T-shirt but my jeans were stuck to me from the dampness so my GF got on her knees to pull them down so I could get them off and dried. The GFs mother standing at the door with my GF on her knees in front of me will be a face that will haunt me forever.... We're not dating anymore.
2. What is your Zombie Plan? I always fancied becomming part of the monstrous horde and eating brains Hannibal Lecter style... Yum
3. Tell us something cool about yourself that has nothing to do with gaming: I broke my femur in a hit and run accident, was in hospital 2 months and rebroke it 2 weeks after getting out trying to ride a BMX in a full leg plaster cast
4. If you were us, why would you vote you into The U? Because I have a shed, a real wooden one and it's the bestest!

Quick survey! We will totally judge you by the answers you give below:
• Favorite Type of Music: 70's punk early 80's ska
• Favorite Movie: Loads... Demolition Man, Star Wars Trilogy (It'll always be a trilogy!)
• Favorite Book: Really into the Horus Herecy books from Warhammer 40k at moment.

Hello!
You've got an OK start going.
Your zombie plan is sadly defeatist and extremely short. If you are going to the "other" side, at least give us your plan for world zombie domination...

Please finish this sentence:

"Warforged are awesome and..."

*whispers* I too secretly like Demolition Man

Defeatist? I'll be on the winning side and when world domination is complete I'll set up a pony club, tuppaware parties and high profile brain sushi bars in the effluent parts of NY, London and Munich.

Warforged are awesome and anatomically incorrect.... They lack balls!

Good start on the app but it's a little thin. The app is where people of the community get a chance to know (and mock) you :D . I like the answer to the third question especially because it could also substitute for the first one.

How long did you stay in the hospital the second time around? Did they throw a welcome back party?

Also Demolition Man is awesome and I don't care if anyone thinks otherwise.

I am baffled on how having a shed makes you cool... Unless it's a really cool shed, for which we would probably need pictures to prove such awesomeness.

2nd time round I was in for another 2 months but a different hospital due to location, bunny hops and endo's in a full cast is really not too bright.... Cool but not bright

Oh great - another weird-O from "across the pond".

Maybe Dave or Cat will understand this 'shed' business. That site just looks like nice outhouses to me.
Can I poop in your shed?

Let the hazing commence. Presuming you do not have Forum DR/-, you did at least chug a Barkskin potion when you pushed the Submit button for the first time, yes?

The warpriest should be able to slide into any U party. Our divine casters usually rely upon UMD teammates and hirelings to keep them on their feet.

My introduction to Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition was in a shed. The head geek in charge had converted his utility building into a game parlor, replete with RPG paraphernalia both modern and archaic. He could comfortably fit 8 gamers at the table with ample elbow room for dice tossing and card placement. What makes your shed special? Does it house a still or a concealed entrance to a Vault?

Welcome. It's nice to see a DDO app between this forest of Rift apps. I like what I read in your app, but I wonder why robots not having balls is anatomically incorrect? Do you also think at your television having no balls (well, I'm not sure if you are into gay porn of course, so this might be a bad example) as anatomically incorrect?

Anatomically correct robot

And holding a Star Wars manual too! Hot. hot. hot.........

Rift seems to be the mmo of choice at the moment, looks pretty but having started my mmorpg life with EQ1, EQ2, WoW, VSoH, WAR, back to WoW, EvE online, back to WoW and now DDO, I think It's time I start to settle down :geek:

When you are on, check the 'Who' listing and filter for "The Unrepentant" in the guild column.
Then pester an officer with /Tells until they send you an invite. :D

I forgot to send you an invite in-game today, so sorry about that. I'll try and remember when I log on Thursday evening. If you're on before that try using the social channel to hunt down one of our fine officers.

OK as far as Zombie plans go yours REALLY sucks, mine sucked a lot, but your one is Black hole sucky
We want more of a zombie plan, unless you are a chesty Raven haired (or redheaded) athletic female in which case you can cut and paste my plan, it seemed to work for me :2thumbsup:

Nice to see a ex-core (even if I'm not a CMT, I'm a drain sniffer ) guy joining the U, just goes to show it's a small world.

Yeah, Dave is constantly sniffing around my drain hole. It's annoying and flattering at the same time!

Keep your application active or it'll get sucked into a Rift! ;)
